Framework for a self-replicating and self-repairing robotic system designed for asteroid exploration. Modules can be independently reconfigured, repaired, and repurposed, enabling autonomous self-assembly, module swapping, and dynamic robot reconstruction for maximum system robustness and operational flexibility.

With in-situ resource utilization on an M-type Asteroid (16 Psyche), MARA can achieve potential launch weight reduction of ~1565 kg.
